    <p>1.&nbsp;Pr&eacute;chauffer le four &agrave; 180 &deg;C (350 &deg;F).</p>\r\n

    <p>2.&nbsp;Dans un bol, m&eacute;langer la farine avec la poudre &agrave; p&acirc;te.</p>\r\n

    <p>3.&nbsp;Dans un autre bol, fouetter le beurre pour les cupcakes la cassonade de 1 &agrave; 2 minutes. Incorporer les &oelig;ufs un &agrave; un. Ajouter le lait et la vanille en fouettant.</p>\r\n

    <p>4.&nbsp;Incorporer les ingr&eacute;dients secs aux ingr&eacute;dients humides. Ajouter les noix et remuer.</p>\r\n

    <p>5.&nbsp;D&eacute;poser des moules en papier dans les douze alv&eacute;oles d&rsquo;un moule &agrave; muffins. R&eacute;partir la p&acirc;te dans les moules. Cuire au four de 22 &agrave; 25 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; ce qu&rsquo;un cure-dent ins&eacute;r&eacute; au centre d&rsquo;un muffin en ressorte propre. Retirer du four et laisser ti&eacute;dir.</p>\r\n

    <p>6.&nbsp;Dans une casserole, porter &agrave; &eacute;bullition le sirop d&rsquo;&eacute;rable avec le sirop de ma&iuml;s. Laisser mijoter &agrave; d&eacute;couvert &agrave; feu doux-moyen, sans remuer, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; ce que la temp&eacute;rature atteigne 120 &deg;C (250 &deg;F) sur un thermom&egrave;tre &agrave; bonbons. Retirer du feu, puis ajouter graduellement la cr&egrave;me en remuant &agrave; l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill&egrave;re en bois.</p>\r\n

    <p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;Remettre la casserole sur le feu et porter de nouveau &agrave; &eacute;bullition.</p>\r\n
