Des atouts th&eacute;rapeutiques que son &eacute;pouse, France Gagnon, a vite fait de reconna&icirc;tre.</p><p>Puis, vint l&rsquo;id&eacute;e d&rsquo;en faire un vinaigre de vin. Une id&eacute;e cr&eacute;ative des plus fertiles qui fit tr&egrave;s vite na&icirc;tre une gamme vari&eacute;e de vinaigres traditionnels, tous aussi uniques les uns que les autres&nbsp;: les <strong>vinaigres Du Capitaine</strong>.</p><p>Outre le respect de&nbsp;la fabrication artisanale dans son processus de fermentation lente, naturelle,&nbsp;sans filtration et pasteurisation, la sp&eacute;cificit&eacute; des vinaigres <strong>Du Capitaine</strong> r&eacute;side dans l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration de vinaigres, pour <strong>la plupart certifi&eacute;s biologiques</strong>, dont la vertu des <strong>fruits qu&eacute;becois utilis&eacute;s</strong> est de mise. De plus, les vinaigres sont issus de souches de bact&eacute;ries tr&egrave;s sp&eacute;cifiques qui s&rsquo;associent et se multiplient chez nous&nbsp;<strong>depuis plus de 14&nbsp; ans maintenant</strong>.</p>"
