Une idée créative des plus fertiles qui fit très vite naître une gamme variée de vinaigres traditionnels, tous aussi uniques les uns que les autres : les <strong>vinaigres Du Capitaine</strong>.</p><p>Outre le respect de la fabrication artisanale dans son processus de fermentation lente, naturelle, sans filtration et pasteurisation, la spécificité des vinaigres <strong>Du Capitaine</strong> réside dans l’élaboration de vinaigres, pour <strong>la plupart certifiés biologiques</strong>, dont la vertu des <strong>fruits québecois utilisés</strong> est de mise. De plus, les vinaigres sont issus de souches de bactéries très spécifiques qui s’associent et se multiplient chez nous <strong>depuis plus de 14 ans maintenant</strong>.</p>"
