Crêpe de farine de pois jaune (Socca) version sucrée

Des crêpes sucrées et santé pour bien commencer la journée, c'est ce qu'on vous propose pour que tous vos matins ressemblent à un dimanche matin !

Ingrédients

 

Préparation

- Préchauffer le four à 425F

- Dans un cul de poulet, mélanger la farine, l’eau et l’huile de caméline.

- Si vous avez une poêle de fonte, la préchauffer 5 minutes dans le four.

- Retirer la poêle, puis ajouter le beurre, ainsi que le mélange à crêpe.

- Cuire 6 à 8 minutes.

 

Pour un meilleur résultat, préparer le mélange à crêpe au moins 30 minutes à l’avance. Ajouter un petit d’eau si nécessaire.
